I'm so glad that I participated in the doTERRA S-A-L-E-S course! I gained so much value! The Before/After words are so valuable (I'm still working to anchor them into my conversation) And the Asking for Referrals class totally blew it out of the park! this course was of extreme value and I can already see positive results in my business! I really enjoyed and learned a lot of practical advice on how to better serve authentically while also selling the oils. So much of the advice helped me to feel better in how to approach people about the oils and how to interact with them so they can find success in using the oils while I help them value the oils and to share with others. I sometimes feel so icky when helping people to buy the oils. This class taught me how to not feel icky and the best way to ask questions and give answers.

Gained great insight to reframing past sales experience into Serving Authentically w/Love Equals Success. Thank you and looking forward to deeper application into my doTERRA business success.

I love teaching about doTERRA. but I didn't know how to pare down my pitch to only what my prospects needed to hear. I led with product in the name of education before ever getting buy-in. Now I know how to ask questions, clarify, gracefully deliver resolutions to concerns, and ask for referrals in a way that feels natural. This course provided me insight on where my words were impacting my results in a good way when I was saying things authentically, and in a bad way when my confidence was lagging in certain scenarios. I honestly didn't know any other way to communicate and how I was coming across sometimes. Learning what the "no" words are and replacing them with "yes" words will make all the difference. This has been the best sales training class I have taken. Rob presented an a-z 7-week program that makes sales common sense. I thoroughly enjoyed this 7 week training. Rob is an incredible presenter. The training was broken down each week to make it easy to understand and to take action to build on the skills learned each week. There were so many concrete examples and even more "aha" moments each week. I was excited each week to listen and learn! Although I took this course to have a better understanding when it comes to sales, I learned so much that is applicable in all aspects of life. Our words are truly powerful.
