  • How do I get started after purchasing the training program and coaching sessions?

    After completing your purchase you will receive a welcome email with a link and instructions to log in to Game Face Academy and immediately access your training program. Game Face Coaching will reach out to you via the email in your registration to schedule your first and all subsequent sales coaching sessions. Game Face Coaching can also be reached by emailing [email protected].

  • Once registered, how long will I have access to the training program?

    You will have access to the training program for 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • What if I want to access the training program beyond 12 months?

    Just prior to or upon course expiration, email [email protected] with your name and the requested course title or titles to be renewed and a link will be sent to complete the renewal.

  • After completing Course #2 and Course #3, how do I access and print my certificates?

    Once you achieve 100% completion of a certification course you can click a "Get your certificate" button within the course to view and download a PDF of your personalized certificate. In addition, you can view and download your certificates from within your account settings by clicking on your name on the top right and then My Account > Certificates > View.

  • How long is each sales coaching session, and when are they scheduled?

    Each session lasts 60 minutes. Though occasional exceptions may be accommodated, please prepare for coaching sessions to take place within normal North American business hours.

  • How are the sessions administered?

    Sessions are conducted via Zoom. You will receive a personalized calendar invitation and link for each scheduled sales coaching session.

  • What if I want to get access to the Game-Changing Professional Sales Training program or schedule a group coaching session for my team?

    These sessions are one-on-one only. Please contact your Game Face representative or request more information about our team training options by completing the form found here.
