  • How do I get started after purchasing the training program?

    After completing your purchase you will receive a welcome email with a link and instructions to log in to Game Face Academy and immediately access your training program.

  • Once registered, how long will I have access to the training program?

    You will have access to the training program for 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • What if I want to access the training program beyond 12 months?

    Just prior to or upon course expiration, email [email protected] with your name and the requested course title or titles to be renewed and a link will be sent to complete the renewal.

  • After completing Course #2 and Course #3, how do I access and print my certifications?

    Once you achieve 100% completion of a certification course you can click a "Get your certificate" button within the course to view and download a PDF of your personalized certificate. In addition, you can view and download your certificates from within your account settings by clicking on your name on the top right and then My Account > Certificates > View.
